1. Research use only

All products sold by bacteriostatic-water.shop are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, nor as food, drug, cosmetic, or medical device.

2. Age & jurisdiction

By placing an order you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that the purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any import duties or local regulatory compliance.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Peptide-Pay, an independent crypto payment processor. We never see or store your card or wallet credentials. A transaction is considered final once confirmed on-chain.

4. Shipping & risk of loss

Orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation via tracked courier. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Packages refused or returned to sender due to incorrect addresses are refunded minus return shipping.

5. Refunds

Because crypto transactions are irreversible on-chain, refunds are issued to the same wallet or to a wallet you designate, in the same currency received. Defective or damaged items are replaced free of charge once reported with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
